Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business required.
• 2+ years experience in commodities merchandising or related role.
• Strong understanding of commodity markets, pricing, and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative work with Sales, Operations, Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell the wheat middlings and second clear flour.
• Manage long/short trading positions using markets and futures.
• Work with flour sales to meet price objectives.
• Maintain and grow the customer base.
• Coordinate with operations and transportation to meet objectives.
• Negotiate and manage sales and purchase contracts.
