Heritage Holding is seeking an Investment Associate to join our buyout team in New York or Boston. You will source opportunities, evaluate them through due diligence, and manage a large deal pipeline using a CRM.

You’ll also build relationships with entrepreneurs and co-investors while supporting portfolio companies. The role offers growth in a fast-paced environment with meaningful responsibilities early in your career, exposure to search fund ecosystems, and opportunities to participate in

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of full-time work experience.
• Some connection to the search fund or entrepreneurship-through-acquisition ecosystem.
• Quick learner with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Engaging and energetic personality.

Responsabilidades

• Source new investment opportunities from various channels.
• Evaluate investment opportunities through industry analysis and due diligence.
• Manage a large pipeline of deals using CRM.
• Maintain relationships with entrepreneurs and co-investors.
• Support existing portfolio operations and assist entrepreneurs.
