Job summary

Heritage Holding is seeking an Investment Associate to join our buyout team in New York or Boston. You will source opportunities, evaluate them through due diligence, and manage a large deal pipeline using a CRM.

You’ll also build relationships with entrepreneurs and co-investors while supporting portfolio companies. The role offers growth in a fast-paced environment with meaningful responsibilities early in your career, exposure to search fund ecosystems, and opportunities to participate in
