Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year of Private Equity Buyout or Special Situations experience.
• 2 years at a top investment bank or consulting firm.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities and build financial models.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
