Pay Range

This range is provided by Jenson Team powered by PLACE. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting activities into appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers
• Track activities and clients using PLACE Technology
