What The Year Looks Like

A paid, 12-month training program based out of our Orlando, FL location, where you’ll rotate through every corner of the business and get hands-on at multiple facilities. You’ll learn to:

• Identify, grade, and price commodities — the skill that drives the whole industry
• Read the scrap metal market and develop a point of view on where it’s headed
• Run day-to-day operations — shipping, receiving, processing, and packaging
• Handle domestic and international logistics
• Shadow our sales team and build real relationships with suppliers and buyers
• Work alongside operations leaders on what makes a recycling facility run well
• Master our safety, environmental, and compliance standards from day one

Where It Leads

Relocation

You’ll be hired into one of our locations and return there after training in Orlando, FL. Relocation isn’t required — but as you grow with us, it’s a possibility to any current or future location based on business need. That’s how we develop our next generation of leaders. • Knows Microsoft Office and can handle basic data and financial analysis

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $55,000–$60,000 during training
• Sales roles earn commission on top of base — your performance directly drives your paycheck
