Overview

This is a 12-month training program that will blend both operations and commodity trading training. During this program you will learn and train with our experienced staff and spend time at all our locations in both Florida and Michigan. You will learn how to identify, grade and price commodities, daily operations, shipping and receiving, processing and packaging of commodities, safety and environmental, and both domestic and international logistics. You will spend time with our sales staff to learn how to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and consumers, and spend time with our operations team to gain knowledge on how to run a metal recycling facility and processing plant effectively and efficiently. After successful completion of this program, you can go into sales or operations management at one of our 8 locations. This is a unique opportunity to experience working in all aspects of a metal recycling and processing company with the opportunity to see where a career in metal recycling can take you.

Responsibilities
