As a Buyer/Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and operational efficiency. You'll dive deep into data, providing critical insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Your ability to hit the ground running and proactively identify opportunities for improvement will be invaluable.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain forecasting models for sales, inventory, and operational needs, leveraging your analytical expertise to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development, and operations teams to gather insights and build integrated plans. Your transparent communication style will foster strong working relationships.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide insightful reports and recommendations to leadership.
• Contribute to the development of annual budgets and long-range plans, bringing your proactive approach to identifying potential challenges and opportunities.
• Support the development and implementation of new planning processes and tools, showcasing your ability to quickly adapt and contribute innovative solutions.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in a planning and analysis role, ideally within the consumer goods or outdoor industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex forecasting models and analyze large datasets.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• A proven track record of being a "fast starter" who can quickly learn and contribute to a team.
• An inherent entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• A strong belief in collaboration and transparency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for the outdoors and an understanding of the outdoor industry landscape is a plus.
• Experience with Anaplan is a plus.
