About The Role

As a CBRE Occupancy Planner, you will provide space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of space planning metrics for a small to medium-sized client's needs. This role is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function, responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.

What You'll Do
  • Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations.
  • Assist with creating block or stack plans and move lists.
  • Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members on move sequencing and execution.
  • Attend client meetings, draft minutes, and acquire approvals.
  • Validate occupancy metrics through space walks.
  • Maintain occupancy data within the system of record.
  • Prepare forecasts and analyze space planning trends.
  • Conduct interviews with clients to gather project requirements.
  • Partner with vendors and project management on code and permit issues.
  • Facilitate post-occupancy reviews to meet client expectations.
  • Apply standard principles with limited practical experience.
  • Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Ensure work quality and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly and check for understanding.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with EMR data and scenario planning.
  • Capacity analysis experience, including productivity and FTE analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills for calculations.

Disclaimers
