Responsibilities

• Purchase raw materials and ensure suppliers meet delivery commitments.
• Manage material forecasts, backlog reports, and maintain accurate supply plans in SAP for MRP.
• Coordinate PSI reports with Material Control to monitor material coverage.
• Maintain raw material lead times based on customer procurement strategies.
• Meet regularly with Material Program Management teams to provide updates on material supply plans.
• Coordinate bonded material imports and exports within FTZ and manage the RMA process.
• Resolve material shortages and support cross‑factory material transfers.
• Track shipment schedules, including ETD and ETA.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for raw material purchasing, inventory planning, import/export coordination, and supplier management to ensure uninterrupted production. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase raw materials and ensure suppliers meet delivery commitments.
• Manage material forecasts, backlog reports, and maintain accurate supply plans in SAP for MRP.
• Coordinate Supply, Demand, and Inventory (PSI) reports with Material Control (MC) to monitor material coverage.
• Maintain raw material lead times based on customer procurement strategies.
• Meet regularly with Material Program Management (MPM) teams to provide updates on material supply plans.
• Coordinate bonded material imports and exports within Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) and manage the RMA process.
• Resolve material shortages and support cross‑factory material transfers.
• Track shipment schedules, including ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
