We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Indirect Senior Sourcing Manager for Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) and Corporate IT procurement to join our team. In this role, you will oversee sourcing, contracting and purchasing of MRO and Corporate IT goods and services.

Key Accountabilities

• Ownership of MRO and Corporate IT procurement for sites globally
• Interface with the Operations team to understand requirements for MRO sourcing.
• Interface with Corporate IT team to understand requirements
• Negotiate terms and conditions for purchase and service agreements with suppliers.
• Conduct sourcing and negotiate pricing with suppliers for services and equipment required for projects.
• Review supplier proposals, prepare comparisons and cost analysis.
• Identify and screen potential new suppliers that can provide beneficial pricing and or lead time to projects.
• Escalate supplier performance issues to Procurement and Operations leadership as required.
• Issue Purchase Orders as required.
• Engage and maintain strategic relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Conduct Supplier Business Reviews with strategic suppliers.
• Work with finance and accounting teams to resolve invoice issues as required.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Construction Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Understanding of Data Center Equipment (Switchgear, Transformers, UPS, PDU, STS, Chillers, Fanwall and CRAH) preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Must have effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and Suppliers
• Ability to learn ERP systems (NetSuite).
• Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

$70,000 - $150,000 a year

The listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market. Final compensation will be based on your own individual skills, experience, and location.
