Scott Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled buyer to source materials, equipment, and services essential for our operations. You will negotiate with suppliers, track orders, and optimize stock levels to maximize profit.

This temp-to-hire role requires 2+ years in purchasing, proficiency with MS Office and procurement software, and strong communication under pressure. The position offers hourly compensation of $29–$31.

Responsabilités

• Research, select, and purchase quality products and materials.
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate for best pricing.
• Process requisitions and update management on order status.
• Update inventory and keep stock levels appropriate.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends to inform buying decisions.
• Coordinate with inventory, management, and stockroom as required.
• Assess stock quality and escalate discrepancies to suppliers.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a skilled buyer to purchase the materials, supplies, equipment, and services essential for our business. You will have the opportunity to increase our profits by making high-quality and cost-effective purchases. The goal is to acquire supplies that are critical to the success of our business operations. This Position is a temp-to-hire.
Compensation: $29 - $31 hourly
