Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform Transactional Buying Activities, including but not limited to:

• Managing the purchase order process to completion
• Maintaining price information in the system
• Following up on PO deliveries and vendor coordination
• Purchasing reporting activities

Resolve exceptions and handle inquiries from suppliers and clients

Follow a variety of clearly defined procedures within sourcing areas under general guidance

Ensure compliance with internal source-to-pay business rules and SOX controls

Main KPIs/KRAs:

• Achieve volume and quality targets for purchasing transactional activities
• Meet SLA related to Purchase Order processing (e.g., POA within 2 days SLA)
• Contribute to timely payments and meet paid-on-time targets
• Minimize invoices with issues, as per internal targets set in coordination with buying or related parties
• Achieve SLA set for PIR processing
• Other targets as agreed at local, regional, or global levels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sourcing or purchasing transactional activities
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Highly client-service and quality-oriented mindset
• Proficient in research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Team-oriented with attention to detail
• Knowledge of sourcing principles
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools
• Structured approach to planning workload effectively and efficiently
