Job summary

OFS in the United States is seeking a Buyer to support procurement operations by managing requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier relationships. This role ensures timely procurement of goods and services to meet production needs.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams, monitor supplier performance, and help optimize inventory levels while pursuing cost-reduction opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management tools.
• Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to support purchasing objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in managing procurement processes and ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions, execute purchase orders, and oversee end-to-end procurement process for goods and services.
• Maintain supplier relationships domestically and internationally, including performance evaluations and collaboration on quality and cost improvements.
