Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract execution skills.
  • Experience supporting construction or capital project purchasing is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing efforts including supplier identification, contract negotiations, and market research.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery expectations.
  • Monitor industry trends, pricing changes, and external risks that may impact procurement.

  • Support capital projects with strategic sourcing and contracting.

As a Buyer, you’ll play a key role in sourcing materials, equipment, services, and supplies that support manufacturing operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams to evaluate needs, manage supplier performance, and ensure smooth, cost-effective purchasing.
