Insight Global is seeking a procurement professional for a 3-month onsite contract in Miami, FL. The role focuses on maintaining supply lines for ships, coordinating between vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of parts and equipment.

Candidates should have 2+ years of procurement or purchasing experience and familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, MXP, Amos, or Ariba (Amos is used). Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Responsabilidades

• Help ensure ships have all supplies (equipment, parts, and materials) to operate.
• Work with vendors to obtain pricing, create purchase orders, track orders, and ensure timely approvals and delivery.
• Serve as the go-to person for purchasing questions and coordinate between ships, suppliers, and internal teams.

3 month contract

MUST HAVES:

• 2+ years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience with ERP or purchasing systems such as PeopleSoft, MXP, Amos, or Ariba. (they use Amos)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

PLUSSES:

• Experience with eProcurement, eCatalogs, contract management, eAuctions, or eRFX.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay systems and processes.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, quality control, or workflow management
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

DAY TO DAY:

This person will help make sure the ships have all the supplies they need to operate, such as equipment, parts, and other materials. They will work with vendors to get pricing, create purchase orders, track orders, and make sure everything is approved and delivered on time. They will also be the go-to person for purchasing questions and help coordinate between the ships, suppliers, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
