Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and coordinate with vendors to resolve delays or exceptions.
• Process purchases for materials, supplies, equipment, and services; negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions; issue purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data and records within procurement and financial systems.
• Draft and execute contracts, including POs, Blanket Agreements, and Master Contracts; ensure documentation completeness and audit readiness.
• Support sourcing efforts, inventory replenishment, and bid document review.
• Investigate and resolve purchasing or invoicing discrepancies.
• Perform related Buyer responsibilities as needed.

This role will be joining a dynamic team for a well established organization in the Los Angeles area. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing purchasing workflows from sourcing through delivery. This opportunity is a long term contract and offers the option to work a hybrid role.

Job Duties

• Manage purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and coordinate with vendors to resolve delays or exceptions.
