Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must work safely and follow GMP rules.
• Willing to cross-train on churn operations and related processes.
• Able to document production data and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate butter packaging equipment and monitor line performance.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the packaging room.
• Inspect and remove defective products and packaging materials.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor and assist in training new staff.
