Darigold is seeking a Butter Filler Operator to join our Pasco, WA plant. This role supports an Operations team that runs 24/7 across weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, performs multiple repetitive tasks with precision, and can work independently or with a team. You will operate filler and packaging equipment and help maintain quality and safety in the production area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year production experience preferred.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to learn and follow GMP and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate butter filler and packaging equipment.
• Maintain efficiency and safety standards; contribute improvement ideas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment; maintain organized work area.
• Operate processing and packaging equipment to meet specs.
• Perform quality tests on cream and butter.
• Validate settings on scales and metal detectors.
• Sample finished products per quality policy.
• Submit timely reports and maintain documentation.
• Assist with training new personnel.
• Follow GMP and safety policies.
