Job summary

Darigold is seeking a Butter Operator to ensure butter filling machines produce high quality product within specification. You will follow all Food Safety and Quality requirements, report any concerns to your supervisor, and perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.

The role requires standing for long periods, wearing PPE, and lifting up to 60 pounds. You will operate mechanical and computer-operated equipment and support orderly production through the shifts above.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• 1 year production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate butter filling machine safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and monitor the butter filling process to ensure proper equipment operation.
• Maintain inventory needed for production goals.
• Clean and sanitize butter filler machines and related equipment.
• Assist maintenance with routine maintenance and repairs as required.
• Complete production reports accurately.
