Job summary

As a Butler I at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, MGM Resorts International, you will be responsible for inspecting, preparing, and coordinating suites for our guests, setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience with attentive service.

Starting rate is $20.00/hr. You will maintain property information, coordinate room service, advise on guest preferences, and collaborate with Housekeeping to keep rooms in superior condition, with wellness and employee perks provided by MGM Resorts.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication.
• Prepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service set-up with special requirements guest may have.
• Provide food and beverage service to designated suites; coordinate orders with Room Service Manager on duty to assure proper order is given and received.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure that rooms are kept in superior condition at all times.
• Maintain butler pantry and equipment to be kept up to company standards.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 21+ years of age
