Responsibilities

• Butcher, trim and skewer meat items.
• Supervise the grill and monitor cooking times and temperatures.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards for guests and team.
• Maintain inventory levels and stock storage room daily.
• Observe cleanliness of kitchen area and perform tasks as assigned.
