Qualifications

• Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one on hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of meat products for display cases to high quality standards.
• Advise shoppers on cooking techniques, seasoning, and cuts for family meals.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety/health regulations.
• Rotate stock and alert team when reordering is needed.
• Collaborate with the grocery team to create attractive seasonal displays.
• Operate and sanitize industrial equipment like saws, grinders, and slicers.
