About the Role

Responsibilities

• Break down and fabricate primal, sub‑primal, and retail cuts of meat with precision
• Operate and maintain meat cutting equipment including band saws, grinders, and slicers
• Trim, debone, and portion meat products to specification and customer requests

Requirements
