Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Break down primal, sub-primal, and retail cuts with precision.
• Operate and maintain meat cutting equipment including band saws, grinders, and slicers.
• Trim, debone, and portion meat products to specification and customer requests.
• Ensure proper meat handling, storage, and rotation to maintain freshness and food safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist customers with product selection, special cuts, and custom orders as needed.
• Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs to management.
