Qualifications

• Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter in retail, wholesale, or food production.
• Proficiency with butchery tools and equipment including knives, band saws, and grinders.
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts, grades, and preparation techniques.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

• Ensure proper storage and rotation of meat products following FIFO standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist customers with product selection, custom cuts, and special orders
