Job summary

JRDN Restaurant at Tower23 Hotel is looking for a friendly Busser to join our team. You will assist the service staff, maintain a clean dining area, and ensure guests receive excellent service in a high-volume, upmarket setting on the oceanfront.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months FOH experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of previous front of house restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Self-motivated and works with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior customer service by putting the customer first.
• Assist the service team with clearing and resetting tables, filling water glasses, polishing silverware and glassware.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
• Completely answer questions about food from guests.

JRDN Restaurant is currently seeking a Busser to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume, up-market restaurant environment to continue the tradition of excellence and service for which JRDN is known.

Position Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of previous front of house restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Self-motivated and works with a sense of urgency

• Assist the service team with clearing and resetting tables, filling water glasses, polishing of silverware and glassware
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
• Ability to completely answer food related questions from guests.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Must have the availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
