Kaw Nation Gaming Commission is seeking a busser to support front-of-house operations. The role involves clearing dishes, resetting tables, and helping with seating to ensure smooth service.

High school diploma or G.E.D. required; previous restaurant experience is preferred. Candidates must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license (Medical Marijuana cards are accepted). Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned—including weekends, evenings, and holidays—is required. Frequent lifting, occasionally in excess of 50lbs, as well as bending, stooping, walking, and standing expected. Must possess strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
The busser’s primary responsibility is to clear used dishes, glasses, and flatware, and to professionally reset tables for incoming guests. They also assist in expediting the seating process to ensure timely service The role is both physically and mentally demanding, requiring bussers to be on their feet for extended periods. They must work well under pressure and demonstrate tact and patience when interacting with guests and collaborating with other staff members.
