Responsibilities

• Clears used tableware and debris from tables and surrounding areas.
• Resets tables quickly to seat new guests according to standards.
• Retrieves cleaned dishes and distributes to service stations for restaurant use.
• Sweeps floors to maintain a clean, presentable restaurant during shifts.
• Fetches stock from stockroom and restocks supplies; rotates stock as needed.
• Assists waitstaff by refilling beverages and fulfilling condiment requests.
• Keeps ice stations filled and maintains a friendly, courteous demeanor at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
