Responsibilities
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
- Reset serviceware consistently and maintain station stock and cleanliness.
- Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter and replenish as needed.
- Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
