Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Cincinnati is hiring a Steakhouse Busser to keep the dining and buffet areas spotless and inviting. You will support the team by stocking utensils, glassware, condiments, and linens, while ensuring guests experience clean, efficient service.

This role requires the ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong English communication. You will collaborate with servers and managers to maintain par stocks, reset tables

Qualifications

• Six months related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the buffet area and tables.
• Restock dining area with tableware, utensils, condiments and linen.
• Complete opening/closing side duties and stock supplies.
• Monitor floor cleanliness and assist with retrieval of tables/trays.
• Notify management of maintenance issues.
• Support management with additional tasks as needed.

Restocks the dining area and side stations with tableware, flatware, utensils, condiments and linen. Always maintain adequate supplies in the side station when the venue is open.Responsibilities:* Complete opening and closing side duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.* Stock ice and paper supplies* Monitor cleanliness of guest floor corridors and clears floor of all table and trays* Retrieve tables/ trays from guest floor corridors always taking guest safety into account* Breakdown all dirty trays & carts (organized by trash, china, glass and silverware)* Maintain par stocks of food (condiments etc.), china, glassware and silverware in the BOH on daily basis* Restock refrigerators & freezers in work area daily* Complete weekly clean schedule of IRD equipment* Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift. Practicing clean as you go* Notify management of any maintenance repair issues* Complete any additional reasonable requests by management* Check with supervisor before leaving at end of shiftQualifications:* Minimum six (6) months of related experience preferred* Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.* Must have excellent communication skills.Additional Details:Work Environment:* Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional kitchen setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area.
