Seminole Hard Rock is seeking a team member to maintain buffet cleanliness, restock dining areas, and assist with side station organization. The role involves moving between the casino floor and kitchen areas while ensuring guest safety and a high standard of hygiene.

Qualified candidates may have6 months in food service and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication is essential for coordinating with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of related experience preferred.
• Able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of buffet area and tables.
• Restock dining area and side stations with tableware, utensils, condiments and linen.
• Monitor guest floor corridors for cleanliness; clear tables and trays.
• Breakdown dirty trays and carts; separate trash, china, glassware and silverware.
• Maintain par stocks of condiments, china, glassware and silverware in BOH daily.
• Restock refrigerators and freezers; complete weekly equipment cleaning schedule.

Job Description:

Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the buffet area, including all tables. Restocks the dining area and side stations with tableware, flatware, utensils, condiments and linen. Always maintain adequate supplies in the side station when the venue is open.

Responsibilities:

• Complete opening and closing side duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
• Stock ice and paper supplies
• Monitor cleanliness of guest floor corridors and clears floor of all table and trays
• Retrieve tables/ trays from guest floor corridors always taking guest safety into account
• Breakdown all dirty trays & carts (organized by trash, china, glass and silverware)
• Maintain par stocks of food (condiments etc.), china, glassware and silverware in the BOH on daily basis
• Restock refrigerators & freezers in work area daily
• Complete weekly clean schedule of IRD equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift. Practicing clean as you go
• Notify management of any maintenance repair issues
• Complete any additional reasonable requests by management
• Check with supervisor before leaving at end of shift

Work Environment:

Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional kitchen setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
