Geronimo Hospitality Group in Delafield, WI seeks a Busser/Server's Assistant to support dining service and ensure guest satisfaction. You will set tables, maintain sanitation standards and assist servers with guest needs in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attentive service, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while helping maintain a clean, welcoming dining room at I.D. Delafield.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Legible handwriting.
• Teamwork and strong customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clear all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to bus station to keep service flowing.
• Wipe tables, chairs and clear debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding table.
• Assist wait staff by refilling beverages and accommodating requests for additional condiments, food items or clean/fresh tableware.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked and orderly bus station at all times in order to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Retrieve cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils from the dish room and distribute to each service station to keep a ready supply.
• Must be able to identify and explain all dishes on current menus.
• Perform other duties including running dishes, sweeping, emptying trash, filling waters
