Estancia Del Norte is seeking a Busser to support the food and beverage team in hotel dining areas, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests across restaurant, lounge, or banquet spaces.
Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables between seatings, assisting servers with water refills and bread delivery, maintaining dining area cleanliness, and setting tables with linens, utensils, and glassware, plus supporting banquet setups and responding to guest requests.
A Busser supports the food and beverage team by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for guests. This role is essential to maintaining high service standards and enhancing the overall guest experience in hotel restaurants, lounges, or banquet areas.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification is required. Current TABC (TX) or RVSP (LA) is required.
