Job summary

PopStroke in the United States is hiring for a non-exempt role in a high-energy restaurant environment. You will support restaurant and bar operations, clear and reset tables, refill beverages, and assist guests with the PopStroke mobile ordering app.

We value strong work ethic, teamwork, and excellent guest service. Weekend and holiday availability is required; previous service experience helps, and you will be paid hourly plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Support the restaurant and bar operations.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware.
• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner, ensuring great customer service, accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Accurately utilize technology to efficiently complete food pick up and drop off service.
• Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming area and restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning and/or stacking chairs and tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture and removing trash.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests.
• Uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.
• Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates from the kitchen to tables.
• Must be able to safely use a ladder.
