Job summary

Tuscany Suites and Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a Busser for the PUB 365 Restaurant. The role supports service by polishing silverware, stocking expo line and coolers, and delivering food to guests in a timely manner.

We are looking for a Busser for the PUB 365 Restaurant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Polishing and rolling silverware.
• Stocking expo line and coolers.
• Maintaining a clean environment.
• Answering questions about menu pricing, preparation, ingredients and plate presentation.
• Memorizing and promoting daily specials.
• Delivering food to the correct guest in a timely manner.
• Ensuring the guest needs are met, including keeping beverages full, providing additional condiments and/or food items, and checking back with guests during their meal.
• Supporting other areas of the restaurant as necessary.
• Maintaining a complete knowledge and understanding of menu items.

• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

1 year of experience preferred but no required. Must have a valid NV Health card. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels. Ability to be flexible and to perform multiple tasks effectively. Friendly, open disposition and professional presentation. Self‑motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
