General Summary of Job Duties

The Twin Creeks Busser is responsible for setting tables with clean glasses, linens, and silverware, removing soiled dishes, glassware, and linen from tables, refilling non‑alcoholic beverages, and assisting with water, coffee, cappuccino, and espresso service. The role also includes proper maintenance, sanitation, and cleaning of side stations, floors, and furniture, as well as cleaning, polishing, and helping maintain silverware, glass, and plates, and maintaining the dish breakdown area and dining room credenzas.

Responsibilities

• Set tables with clean glasses, linens, and silverware.
• Remove soiled dishes, glassware, and linen from tables.
• Refill non‑alcoholic beverages and assist with water, coffee, cappuccino, and espresso service.
• Maintain proper maintenance, sanitation, and cleaning of side stations, floors, and furniture.
• Clean, polish, and help maintain silverware, glass, and plates.
• Maintain dish breakdown area and dining room credenzas.
• Have great guest service and a positive attitude.
• Smile and greet and give a departing farewell to guests with a positive attitude.
• Present a professional attitude and appearance, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor during interactions with guests, team members, and vendors.
• Acknowledge guest opportunities and offer options.
• Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton STYLE.
• Check for proper identification of guests appearing to be under 35 years old.
• Have thorough knowledge of applicable company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform standards.
• Maintain an open line of communication with managers.
• Accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Regularly attend scheduled shifts and arrive on time.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
