Job summary

Firestone Walker Brewing Company is seeking a friendly, dependable team member to bus tables, assist guests, and maintain a clean dining area in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher, 18+ years old, and the ability to obtain Food Handlers Card and California RBS certification during training. Weekend availability is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher; must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers Card during new hire training period.
• Must be able to obtain California Responsible Beverage Service certification during training period.
• Available to work weekends.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bus tables and provide requested items to patrons.
• Clean and reset tables for quick reseating.
• Communicate with team which tables are ready and available.
• Follow safety and sanitation precautions for bussing and setting tables.
• Maintain clean and stocked restrooms; sweep and maintain floors.
• Report guest opinions or concerns to the manager; alert manager if problems arise.
• Present yourself professionally, be on time, and work as part of a team.
• Assist others and maintain a positive, proactive attitude with guests and staff.
