We offer a full aging service network with life plan communities, health care, and home- and community-based services for older adults, as well as community outreach to those in need, that is unrivaled in the beautiful Sandhills region of North Carolina.

Position:

We are currently seeking a part-time busser to join our team at the Belle Meade clubhouse located in Southern Pines, NC.

Job Summary:

The Part-time Busser will assist the dining service staff to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The successful candidate will provide prompt and courteous service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests in a friendly manner upon entering the dining area.
2. Set tables with appropriate items, such as silverware, napkins, and condiments.
3. Clear dishes from tables after meals are finished.
4. Wipe down tables to keep them clean throughout meal service.
5. Assist wait staff in refilling beverages as needed.
6. Sweep and mop floors to keep them free of debris or dirt buildup.
7. Keep all areas of the dining room neat and organized.
8. Follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and reach as necessary.
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
