Description

Primary responsibilities include setting tables, clearing tables and bar, refreshing tables, cleaning and sanitizing tables/chairs and booths. May also involve delivering food orders to guests, assembling and delivering To Go orders when necessary, and supporting bar service activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist guests and servers in a timely and professional manner.
• Clean and polish glassware, flatware, and equipment.
• Remove dirty items from tables, clean and set tables with silverware, glassware, and china. Assemble roll wraps, fill water glasses, and transport food to guests.
• Support bar staff by clearing soiled items; restocking ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and paper supplies.
• Transport dirty dishes and glassware from dining room to kitchen and/or bar.
• Accurately assemble, fill, and deliver To Go orders when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas. Stock and replenish supplies based on expected business volume. Complete set up and break down duties. Sweep and mop floors.
• Perform all duties on the busser checklist.
• Comply with company, local, state, and national regulations regarding food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, alcohol service, and safety.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience in a high-volume, high-energy food and beverage environment.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Regularly required to move about and operate station tools and equipment; communicate with guests, employees, and management.
• Must be able to move up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
