2. Carefully and efficiently park, secure, and retrieve vehicles.
3. Maintain cleanliness of hotel public guest areas and restrooms.
4. Assist with washing, folding, and stocking linens.
5. Deliver guest-requested amenities.
6. Respond helpfully to guest questions about the property, getting around, and nearby happenings.
7. Assist guests with parking-related issues graciously.

Job Details

• Shifts are overnight on Friday and Saturday (10pm-6am); part-time position.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Additional Responsibilities

• Complete required brand training.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction and hotel goals.
• Provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Perform daily cleaning of public areas and maintain supplies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety, security, and hotel procedures.

Physical Demands & Minimum Qualifications

Requires walking, handling objects, talking, reaching, standing, lifting up to 20 pounds, and good physical condition. Must be dependable, well-groomed, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and relate well to guests and staff. Prior experience helpful but not required.
