Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a part-time Busser in Kohler, WI. The role involves bussing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining a clean dining area during weekday and weekend shifts from 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

Applicants must be able to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; sponsorship is not offered.

• Assisting back of bar as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

Busser responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages and maintaining stock of glassware, dishes and utensils.

Specific Responsibilities

• Bussing and resetting tables according to established standards.
• Courteously escorting guests to tables.
• Maintaining positive guest relations.
• Anticipating guests’ needs, responding promptly.
• Assisting servers with food delivery.
• Keeping chairs and floors clear of debris.
• Assisting back of bar as needed.
• Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

This is a part-time casual position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 4:30 pm and 11:00 pm.

The hourly range for this position is $7.30 - $11.00 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
