Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, Wisconsin, is seeking a part-time Busser to support dining room operations onsite. • Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Job description

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

Busser responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages and maintaining stock of glassware, dishes, and utensils.

Specific Responsibilities

• Bussing and resetting tables according to established standards.
• Courteously escorting guests to tables.
• Maintaining positive guest relations.
• Anticipating guests’ needs, responding promptly.
• Assisting servers with food delivery.
• Keeping chairs and floors clear of debris.
• Assisting back of bar as needed.
• Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

This is a part-time casual position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

The hourly range for this position is $7.30 - $11.00 plus tips/gratuity.
