Responsibilities

• Set up/replenish server stations with china, glassware, and silverware.
• Set up/replenish condiments for service.
• Ensure proper place settings and napkins, silverware for every guest.
• Transport dirty items to dish room and dispose trash properly.
• Maintain clean work areas during shift; follow clean-as-you-go.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
• Assist with inventory management.
