Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a busperson to maintain dining area cleanliness and guest experience. You will assist servers, reset tables, stock stations, and ensure correct place settings at each guest seat.

Responsibilities include bussing, trash and linen handling, organization of pallets and trays, reporting maintenance issues, and inventory management. Benefits may vary by status; compensation includes hourly pay and employee programs.

• Set up/replenish server stations with polished china, glassware, and silverware
• Set up/replenish server stations with condiments for service
• Ensure place settings are appropriate and each guest has a napkin, polished silverware, and any other item that is part of the standard place setting
• Utilize trays for pre-bussing & bussing tables; all trays are to be organized with safety in mind
• All soiled china, glass, and silverware trays are to be delivered to the dish room, discarding all trash in designated bins
• All soiled linen is to be bagged up and removed to the designated area
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
• Notify management of any maintenance repair issues
• Complete any additional reasonable requests by management
• Managing inventory

Job Description

The busperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs, while ensuring a positive guest experience. Removing anything from tables that is not being used or is no longer being used by the guest.

Essential Job Functions

• Set up/replenish server stations with polished china, glassware, and silverware
• Set up/replenish server stations with condiments for service
• Ensure place settings are appropriate and each guest has a napkin, polished silverware, and any other item that is part of the standard place setting
