Qualifications

• Experience in busy dining rooms preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
• Attention to detail for table settings and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Set up and replenish server stations with china, glassware, and silverware.
• Set up replenishments for condiments and service items.
• Ensure correct place settings with napkins and silverware for every guest.
• Use trays for pre-bussing and bussing tables with safety in mind.
• Deliver soiled china, glassware, and silverware to the dish room; dispose of trash properly.
• Bag and move soiled linen to designated area.
• Maintain clean work areas during the shift and report issues.
• Assist with inventory management as needed.
