Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe is hiring a Busser to support servers and hosts by keeping dining areas clean and ready for guests. You will clear and reset tables, sweep floors, stock ice and supplies, and assist with bar pre-mixes where needed.

This role requires a sense of urgency and teamwork to ensure smooth service; you will communicate with team members and maintain a clean back dock area in a fast-paced restaurant environment, supporting a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Clearing dirty tables and resetting dining surfaces.
• Sweeping floors and maintaining cleanliness.
• Stocking ice and bar supplies as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area.
• Assisting hosts, servers and bussers to ensure smooth service.

Because of the business volume, bussers may be used at Hard Rock Cafe. They are directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, which allows other departments to focus on the guests.
