Salary Range: $14.75 To $16.00 Hourly

Busser Hourly Pay $14.75 (Minimum Wage less Tip Credit) + approximately $5 to $15 per hour in tips, depending on sales and shifts worked, higher tips on weekend shifts.

As a Busser at Gyotaku Pearl City, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment that enhances the overall guest experience. You will contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant by assisting the servers, cashier hosts, cooks and management team. This role requires a proactive attitude and attention to detail to help maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact guest satisfaction and the restaurant’s reputation for excellent service in the competitive accommodation and food services industry.
