• Must attain a valid San Diego County Food Handler certification upon hire (provided by employer).
• RBS certification required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized workstation in restaurant and kitchen.
• Clear and reset tables promptly and properly after guests.
• Maintain par stocks of china, glass, linen, and supplies.
• Assist Food Servers to ensure a complete dining experience for guests.
