Job summary

Whiskey Cake - Las Colinas in Irving, TX is seeking a friendly Busser to support servers and bartenders, keep tables and stations clean, and help deliver food and drinks promptly. You will assist in setup, restocking, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment for guests.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to read English, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, knife handling, tray use, and current Food Handler’s and TABC certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read English.
• Stand for long periods.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment.
• Properly utilize a tray to assist delivering food and drinks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification and TABC Certification; follow sanitation procedures and alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests and coworkers in a positive, friendly, and hospitable manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and follow uniform guidelines.
• Assemble/disassemble workstations promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of station; stock and replenish as needed; keep ice levels adequate.
• Deliver food orders accurately and ensure correct placement/removal at tables.
• Bus and manicure tables; polish silverware and glassware.
• Report issues with equipment and communicate with management.
• Follow safety guidelines and complete all tasks as required.
